体脂肪-0.5％<br />

久々の日記です（苦笑）<br />
夫婦2人の小さな農園（機械化無し）なので今時期はジャガイモ掘りなどの地味に肉体的に疲れる作業が多くて体力的に余力が無いです。<br />
今日は朝から1日中雨の札幌。ゆったりと日記が書けます。<br />
1日2食で体重（脂肪）減を目指していますが筋肉の維持もしなければならないので、タンパク質の取り方と便秘について対処中です。<br />
タンパク質は鶏ハムを進められたのでマメに作ってお八つの代わりに食べるようにしています。</p>

この間ピラティスを少し教えていただいて呼吸法が大切だなと思ったので<br />
ちょっと古いけど「ロングブレス」し始めました。<br />
呼吸が浅いとか吐ききる事がうまくできないとか、改めないのは何も考えてないで出来る呼吸が難しいと感じてます。<br />
時間もかからないのでコツコツ頑張ります♪<br />

昨日のランチは炭水化物祭り（苦笑）<br />
ダンナさんが「中華を食べたい」となり行ったお店が結構ボリュミー揃いのお店。<br />
野菜が多そうとあん掛け焼きそば+ミニチャーハンをチョイスしましたが<br />
高カロリーは間違い無くやはり翌日の体重に反映されましたね。<br />
ちなみにあん掛け焼きそばは半分近くダンナさんにお裾分け。<br />
夕食時になっても空腹はあまり感じずキャベツ鍋（豆腐とキャベツともやし）を少し。<br />
でも１６時間断食は守れたので良しとします！</p>

今までだと体重がプラスになると「別に、いいかっ」と自分にあま～く過ごしてたけど<br />
日記を書かなきゃいけないし、頑張って続けている人達がいるので、今はモチベーションが高いままです！<br />
この気持ちの変化、すごいぞ、自分！（笑）<br />

<p>今日から16時間断食頑張ります。<br />
昼はそこそこ暑そうなのでお蕎麦の用意。<br />
そして夕食。朝を食べなくなったので朝食のような感じです。</p>

　　　ナスの煮びたし<br />

　　　ハスカップ+ヨーグルト+蜂蜜<br />

午前中お腹が空いてしまい落ち着きが無くなってしまいましたが、コーヒーや豆乳でなんとか紛らわす事が出来ました。なんとか続けられるかな？とちょっと自信がつきました！<br />
